Health Fabric

For participants

You've been invited to share your experience

Thank you for considering taking part. This page explains who we are, what happens, and how we look after what you tell us.

Who we are

Health Fabric runs Unity studies on behalf of organisations that want to understand people's experiences, such as health companies, care providers and researchers. The organisation that invited you wants to hear from you so it can improve what it does.

What happens

  1. 1

    Open your link

Use the link, QR code or WhatsApp invitation you were sent. There's nothing to download and no account to create.

  2. 2

    Read the information and agree

You'll see what the study is about before it starts. You only continue if you're happy to.

  3. 3

    Have a conversation

Our AI business analyst will ask you some questions and follow up on what you say. You can type, send a voice note, or talk if your invitation includes it.

  4. 4

    Finish when you're ready

Most conversations take 10 to 20 minutes. You can stop at any time, and on the web you can come back later using the same link.

Good to know

You're talking to AI

The questions come from an AI business analyst, not a person. Our team set it up and review what it produces.

There are no right answers

We want your honest experience, in your own words.

You can stay anonymous

On the web, you don't have to give your name. Your views still count.

You can get a copy

If you choose, you can receive a summary of your conversation by email at the end.

How we look after your information

  • What you say is stored securely and used only for the study you were invited to.
  • Reports are shared with the organisation that invited you. Anonymised reports do not identify anyone.
  • Your information is kept only for as long as agreed for the study, then deleted.
  • You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
